Conditions: 82 degrees and raining
We arrived at 7:00pm and took a tour of the house with the homeowner. She told us of the things that she and her children have been experiencing. She had witnessed the full apparition of a male sitting at the foot of her bed. The owner said that she described what she saw to a person who knew the previous owner of the house and that the person she described this to said it sounded just like the previous owner who had committed suicide. The baby threw herself out of her crib screaming and pounding on the door to be let out. There had been previous activity in this room also when her son was sleeping there. After the incident with the baby, she wouldn’t go back into the room for 2 weeks. You can feel the energy in the basement bedroom, her son’s room, as soon as you enter it. Friends will not stay in that room. The laundry room has a very bad feeling to it. Once in the hallway both the owner and her son saw a dark shadow of a small boy. She believed this boy to be a nephew to the previous owner and stated that what she had learned was that he had a white mother and a black father and had at some point lived in the house but thought he had been killed in an accident after he had moved away. As she was telling us this, Mike noticed a hanging candle spinning gently around. Audra noticed it also.
So with all that information to go on we set up the equipment. Cameras were set in the owner’s bedroom as well as her baby’s and son’s bedrooms and the last camera was set in the laundry room. Then we did a baseline reading. The house was pretty constant at 78 degrees.
We went dark around 8pm. First we did a dowsing session in the son’s bedroom. The energy was weak but we determined that it was a little boy who likes the room because there are toys to play with.. An evp Wally got seems to be that of the little boy. Then we went up to the master bedroom and Tim, Audra and Wally did a joint dowsing and evp session. Ronnie, Mike and the homeowner went down into the basement family room and did emf readings and took pictures. There seemed to be a lot of noises going on in the house.
Everyone gathered in the son’s bedroom and we did an evp and dowsing session as well as took pictures. While we were there the K2 meter was set on the bed. We had a huge amount of energetic activity and the K2 meter was going off every time we asked a question. The homeowner thought that it might have been a close relative of hers that passed away. A picture of Mike taken while this was going on revealed some type of orbs coming out of his mouth. We also heard whispering.
Audra had run into a medium prior to the investigation that day and the medium told her that one of the spirits was a trickster. That led the owner to believe it might be another relative that passed over.
As we were getting all this great response on the K2 meter and the dowsing rods and pendulum, someone took temperatures in the room. As Tim and Audra were dowsing the temp around them went up to 89 degrees and around the owner was just over 100 degrees. The rest of the room was 80 degrees. As everyone was together in the room there were very loud footsteps that walked over our heads in the master bedroom. A couple of us ran up to see what it was and as we were walking over the others heads they couldn’t even hear us above. There was nothing there. The fact that they couldn’t hear us above made the footsteps even stranger.
Mike and Wally did an evp session in the basement and picked up something strange in there. The laundry room energy seemed as the owner said, to be bad.
We all gathered one last time in the downstairs family room and did a dowsing and k2 meter session. We tried to contact the previous owner who had committed suicide. His energy was weak but we got that he was not out to harm the family but wanted to stay with the house.
A few days later Audra ran into the medium again and she told Audra that there were actually three spirits in the house. Audra didn’t give any information to the medium but she said that one of the spirits was a small caramel colored boy who also had a dog with him. He told her that he was 8 years old. He was scared of the dark man. She also said that the previous owner was there because he liked the owner and was trying to protect her from the dark spirit. The dark spirit came through and said that he controlled the other spirits, but the medium said this wasn’t true. She did find out that the dark spirit was the trickster and that he was playing with us while we were there and telling us he was her relative. His story was that the laundry room closet was a place where he had initiated a murder back in the 1850’s and didn’t want anyone there in case they found evidence. He scared the baby because he feeds off of fear. The medium advised a cleansing of the house be done.
Tim went back in and did a cleansing. He has contacted the homeowner since and is satisfied with the results.
