Conditions: 35 degrees and clear

We arrived at 6pm and were joined by aspiring ghost hunters, Mike Pinkham, Ruthann Kapala and Dave Angel.  Tim and Audra went through some ghost hunting basics with our guests as the rest of the team set up the cameras and did baseline readings. 

We broke up into 3 groups.  Each group consisted of two team members and one guest.  Wally, Aaron and Dave started in the basement.  As they were going down the stairs the door slammed shut behind them.  While they were in the basement, as Wally was taking a picture, Aaron and Dave saw a black shadow moving off to the side.

Tim, Audra and Ruthann started their investigation in the parlor on the first floor.  Audra and Tim picked up on some energy with the dowsing rods and the pendulum.  Ruthann learned how to use the dowsing rods.  She also learned how to use the ELF Zone emf detector.

Alissa, Ron and Mike got some very high readings on the emf detector in an empty room on the first floor.  When Tim and Ronnie went back to check the room later, they didn’t get high readings anymore.  The CCTV cameras went into alarm and one of the cameras went black.  It seemed to be some kind of electrical interference.

Up in the attic, Wally, Aaron and Mike asked for some kind of sign that there were ghosts present and it sounded like something was thrown at them from behind.  As the evening ended, we gathered for a picture and invited everyone into the picture.  That picture and the otherworldly visitor can be seen on the pictures page.
