We contacted Team ECTO to come investigate our house recently. They were quick to respond to our request and scheduled an investigation within a very short time of our request. Even before the investigation, Audra made sure to let us know exactly what to expect as far as how the investigations work, how long they would be setting up, investigating, etc. When the team came to our home, they were all very professional, courteous and kind. They took the time to explain to us what they were doing and what responses they were getting in our home as they were investigating. They had no problem answering our questions, as we are not too familiar with the paranormal. What I appreciated the most was the fact that they allowed us to participate in the investigation, and the more questions we asked, the more they explained to us about the paranormal. We learned so much that night, and I can't thank the team enough for all their hard work and patience! Team ECTO you Rock!!!
